I ordered a few extra downlights to go with some I already had fitted, and I was a bit unsure whether the colour temperature would match properly. Sometimes you get the odd one that looks a little too yellow or slightly blue compared with the rest, which can be really noticeable once they are all switched on. Thankfully, these were spot on. They blend in really well with the existing lights and all look the same when they’re on, which was the main thing I needed. Very pleased with them overall.

I figured from the pictures it was going to be basic, but it actually looks really nice in person. The design is neat and simple, and the finish feels better than I expected

One of the downlights failed after just a few months, which made me think, “Here we go.” I contacted them about the warranty and, to be fair, they sorted out a replacement without much hassle. They did take a couple of days to get back to me, which wasn’t ideal, but in the end it was all handled properly...

I ordered a few downlights for our kitchen and, to be fair, the brightness is really good. They’ve made a big difference compared to our old ones, no more dark corners, and they’re not overly harsh either. Delivery was decent and fitting them wasn’t too difficult. Well... I finally swapped out my old kitchen lights for LEDs from them, and I’m glad I did. The kitchen is way brighter now, and they’re definitely using less power. I’ve even noticed the meter isn’t spinning nearly as much as it used to.

The lights themselves are actually good, which makes it more frustrating. The courier missed the delivery twice, so the order ended up arriving late. I kind of regret not ordering from somewhere with a more reliable delivery option, because the product is fine but the whole experience wasn’t great

The box itself was sturdy and everything arrived fine, so no real complaints there. The only thing was the tape was a bit loose, which feels like something whoever runs this should probably keep an eye on. Overall though, it was okay

The light output looks good too. For the price, I think the quality is very decent, so I’m happy with them...

I ended up sending it back, and the refund came through after a few days. Everything was fine, no real hassle at all.
